This drink is adapted from a recipe created by bar manager Brian MacGregor at Jardinière in San Fransisco and has been described as a genever based Monte Cassino by Difford’s. Eden Genever’s herbal and fruity notes combine wonderfully with the Benedictine and yellow Chartreuse. This cocktail is not for the faint of heart as it is quite boozy! But we are sure you will enjoy it’s multiple layers and the dry undertones.

20 ml lemon juice

Add the Eden Genever, Benedictine, Chartreuse and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
