Flying dutchman no. 2
This drink is adapted from a recipe created by bar manager Brian MacGregor at Jardinière in San Fransisco and has been described as a genever based Monte Cassino by Difford’s. Eden Genever’s herbal and fruity notes combine wonderfully with the Benedictine and yellow Chartreuse. This cocktail is not for the faint of heart as it is quite boozy! But we are sure you will enjoy it’s multiple layers and the dry undertones.

- 60 ml Eden Genever
- 15 ml Benedictine
- 15 ml yellow Chartreuse
- 20 ml lemon juice
- Lemon peel for garnish
Instructions
- Add the Eden Genever, Benedictine, Chartreuse and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled Nick&Nora glass.
- Garnish the cocktail with a lemon peel.
- Serve and enjoy!
