A Dutch Mule is nice, but if you really want that ginger kick, go for this concoction with ginger and cranberry juice! Take the strongest flavour juice you have and you will get a bolt from the ginger while the velvety malt of Eden and the sugar from the agave plant keep your body and mind in balance. A refreshing drink that does its job all season.

- 60 ml Eden Genever
- 45 ml ginger and cranberry juice
- 22.5 ml agave syrup
- 20 ml lemon juice
- Lemon wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Add the Eden Genever, ginger and cranberry juice, agave syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish the cocktail with a lemon wedge.
- Serve and enjoy!
