- 60 ml Eden Genever
- Flesh of 1.5 passion fruit
- 15ml Passoa
- 15ml simple syrup
- 15ml lime juice
- Passion fruit slice for garnish
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients apart from the passion fruit slice to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
- Fine strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with the passion fruit slice.
- Enjoy!
