Created for the 2024 Jeneverfestival, this cocktail is a perfect blend of floral, citrus, and sweet notes, capturing the essence of a blossoming Dutch spring. Let the sophisticated flavors of Eden Genever and elderflower liqueur whisk you away to a picturesque spring day in Schiedam. Perfect for a relaxing evening or a classy gathering.

- 60 ml Eden Genever
- 20 ml Roomer Elderflower liqueur
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 20 ml lemon juice
- Lemon peel for garnish
Instructions
- Add the Eden Genever, Roomer, simple syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish the cocktail with a lemon peel.
- Serve and enjoy!
