The Bijou cocktail is a classic drink that features equal parts gin, sweet vermouth, and green Chartreuse. This recipe from @ricocktails replaces the gin with Eden Genever to give it a more complex and spicy flavor and is shaken instead of stirred (just because we think it works better). When expressing the oils from the orange peel, hold the peel over the drink with the shiny side facing down and twist it gently to release the oils. Rub the peel around the rim of the glass, then drop it into the drink.
