- 60 ml Eden Genever
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- One egg white
- Sparkling water, to top
Instructions
- Add the Eden Genever, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Add a couple of large ice cubes and continue to shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Top off with a good quality sparkling water.
- Serve and enjoy!
