Sip on our tantalizing twist of the classic gin fizz. Engage your senses with the zing of fresh lemon juice, mixed with sugar and perfectly balanced to elevate the smooth notes of Eden Genever. It’s a symphony of sweet and sour that will keep you coming back for more.

- 60 ml Eden Genever
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- One egg white
- Sparkling water, to top
Instructions
- Add the Eden Genever, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Add a couple of large ice cubes and continue to shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Top off with a good quality sparkling water.
- Serve and enjoy!
