Eden Tonic
Contrary to popular belief, the right type of genever can be delicious when combined with a high quality tonic. Our version of the classic G&T brings out the best of the malt and the botanicals in Eden, blending the sweetness of cardamom, the spice of cloves and the freshness of tonic with Eden’s distinctive flavours.

- 60 ml Eden Genever
- 120 ml good quality tonic
- 4-5 cloves
- 4-5 green cardamom pods
- Orange wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a large gin and tonic glass with ice.
- Pour the Eden Genever in the glass, then pour the tonic on top.
- Drop the cloves and cardamom in the glass and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with an orange wedge.
- Serve and enjoy!
