To make rosemary and sugar syrup, heat one cup of sugar and one cup of water in a pan until the sugar dissolves. Wait until the mixture cools down, then add two rosemary sprigs and leave to soak for half an hour.

- 60 ml Eden Genever
- 15 ml triple sec
- 15 ml rosemary and sugar syrup
- 30 ml lemon juice
- Lemon peel for garnish
Instructions
- Add the Eden Genever, triple sec, rosemary and sugar syrup, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish the cocktail with a twist of lemon peel.
- Serve and enjoy!
