- 60 ml Eden Genever
- 30 ml rosemary and honey syrup
- 30 ml lemon juice
- Lemon peel for garnish
Instructions
- Add the Eden Genever, rosemary and honey syrup, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish the cocktail with a twist of lemon peel.
- Serve and enjoy!
