Negroni
Connoisseurs know that the Dutch version of the Negroni, in which genever is used instead of gin, is as good if not better than the original. The Negroni reaches new heights with Eden, which infuses the Negroni with a distinctive malty sweetness, creating a velvety smoothness that others simply cannot replicate. We add a little more Eden in favour of a little less Campari, which in our view balances out the flavours better. Enjoy this classic in a way you’ve never imagined.

- 37.5 ml Eden Genever
- 30 ml Antica Formula (or another good quality red vermouth)
- 22.5 ml Campari
- Orange wedge, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Pour the Eden Genever, vermouth and campari into the glass.
- Stir for until the glass is well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled tumbler glass. Optional: add a couple of large ice cubes.
- Garnish with an orange wedge.
- Serve and enjoy!
