- 60 ml Eden Genever
- 22.5 ml pomegranate syrup
- 15 ml mint syrup
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 3 dashes of orange bitters
- dried lemon peel for garnish
Instructions
- Add the Eden Genever, pomegranate syrup, mint syrup, lemon juice and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled tumbler glass.
- Garnish with dried lemon peel.
- Enjoy!
