- 45 ml Eden Genever
- 7.5 ml pastis
- 15 ml mint syrup
- 15 ml lime juice
- Lime and mint for garnish
Instructions
- Add the Eden Genever, pastis, mint syrup, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled long drink glass.
- Garnish the cocktail with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
