Vesper Goes Dutch
One of James Bond’s favourites, the (in)famous Vesper Martini gets an entirely new twist with the addition of Eden Genever. True to the style of its inventor, it is of course shaken, not stirred.

- 60ml Eden Genever
- 30ml vodka
- 15ml dry (white) vermouth
- Lemon peel for garnish
Instructions
- Add the Eden Genever, vodka and vermouth to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
